I have never worked with so many perfectionists in my life! Again and again I hear from clients:

  • I’m such a perfectionist

  • I feel overwhelmed trying to juggle work and relationships

  • I can’t shake the feeling that I’m not good enough

  • My critical inner voice is off the charts! I wish I could shut it up
